Bonding agent

This Milk Paint Bonding Agent allows Milk Paint to adhere to metal, glass and painted, varnished or lacquered surfaces.  This bonding agent is a water-based concentrated acrylic emulsion. This product contains no solvents or VOC and is almost odorless.
